maze-like layoutrepetitive shows
the maze-like layout tested my patience i must say. i often found myself wandering aimlessly trying to find my way back to the room or the pool. also the evening entertainment seemed geared towards a specific demographic largely russian speakers i noticed. it seemed like an exclusive party i wasn't invited to a slight language barrier i suspect. i longed for a bit more variety something a little less predictable perhaps. the shows were just too repetitive for my liking and did not feature enough variety.

The hotel features several pools. The main pool includes many sun loungers. The poolside service ensures drinks are readily available. I found the on-site shops convenient. They offered a variety of items.
I noticed some areas could benefit from minor updates. For example, the hallway carpets showed some wear.

the hotel offered a variety of restaurants, i liked the italian one. the live piano music during lunch created a fantastic atmosphere it was lovely!
The shower cabin had sliding doors on top of a bathtub. This seemed dangerous without grips. it was a bit difficult to get in and out.

i found the hotel decoration elaborate. the champagne bar offered diverse options! the red pool looked gorgeous. the staff showed consistent kindness and readiness to assist. emelcan, musacan, busracan, serracan and tuanacan were particularly helpful. i enjoyed every moment of my vacation.
the hotel could benefit from slightly more english signage!

The hotel has four diverse restaurants. i booked a reservation at the mexican restaurant, and it met my expectations, they serve authentic food. a larger variety could be available. the hotel was so nice.

My room overlooked düden waterfall. it was also conveniently located near olympus and the aquarium. the room had a bathtub, it was clean! the water was both hot and strong. I had a good experience using the facilities.

the male staff was very friendly and approachable. some female staff, especially the younger ones, seemed tired! overall, the employees worked diligently and attentively. mustafa bey greeted us upon arrival. he was smiling and helpful.

amazing experience!
good quality foodopen barskilled staffornate looking hotel
The food had good quality and quantity, i especially enjoyed the delicious omelet during breakfast. There were many bars open all the time. The services, beach and pool staff were nice and skilled at what they do. Hasan in bar services was great. They tried to do their best for my comfort and happiness. I will definitely come back again.
The hotel looked ornate BUT i was unsure of the theme. It was very crowded. i noticed a lot of stray dogs and cats.

There are multiple well kept pools. a coffee shop on site. Cip coffee shop & bar was fantastic. The resort includes a private beach, providing direct access to the sea. i saw various bars around the complex.

The room included a mini bar restocked daily. The rooms are cleaned regularly. New towels and amenities were provided each day. i also had a small balcony.

The staff are very friendly AND some are helpful. Some staff members are known for their excellent service and proactive approach. Others are very sympathetic in the spa and the baggage handlers always respected us .
